NOTES:  If your comfort level for over-water flying is low, an alterative route would be Grenada to Trinidad (via Tobago) and then to Aruba.  From Grenada, you will be switched to Piarco control (Trinidad); Piarco will switch you to Maiquetia control (my ka tee ah) which is Venezuelan flight service; no luck with 126.0 nor with 125.2 when I asked Piarco for different frequencies; finally 119.9 connected me with Isla Margarita approach; thereafter it was flawless; up to 12,000 for the leg over Caracas or W19-20 slightly off the coast at 7,000;  no radar so lots of position reports.
